Following completion of each client’s election or ballot, we collect feedback as part of our customer service methodology, upon which we use to continually review and improve our processes.  Customer service is at the heart of what we do and embedded in our organisational culture ensuring we provide the best possible service in the industry to set us apart from our competitors. We look to achieve an overall customer service rate of greater than 90% in combined Good and Excellent categories.

We are the only election services supplier in the UK to hold the “Customer Service Excellence” Standard which is the Cabinet Office standard used to measure customer engagement and satisfaction and our processes are documented as part of our ISO procedures.
