Some AGMs are being adjourned or postponed due to the disruption the pandemic has caused. However, as experts in the provision of online AGM voting and other democratic solutions, we can provide an organisation’s members with the ability to vote remotely as part of the normal AGM proxy process, as per their organisation’s articles. If appropriate, conference software can be used alongside our remote online voting system, to allow virtual attendees to vote online (in real-time as they would at the meeting), in a safe manner.
Online Voting Solutions
Using our remote online voting solution for AGMs during the virtual meeting, participants will be able to vote in real-time via a smartphone, tablet or PC in the comfort and safety of their homes. Voters are authenticated prior to casting their vote, which complies with the
UK Companies Act 2006 legislation requirements (including any poll on-demand). As part of our overall online AGM voting solution, we also cover all proxy voting processes, helping reach any required quorum for the meeting, if required as part of your organisation’s articles.
