UK Engage is pleased to announce that Stuart Hayden has joined our growing team as our latest Election Consultant.
Stuart has worked in the elections industry for over twenty years, including 10 years in local government. In his previous roles, he has worked collaboratively with Electoral Administrators, The Electoral Commission and The Cabinet Office.
With his excellent background and knowledge of voting mechanisms and democracy, Stuart will be advising organisations in all aspects of their election processes, in particular our voting and engagement solutions. His experience of transitioning clients from paper-based systems is extensive and so will serve many organisations well in their journey from paper to online voting.
Andy Tye General Manager at UK Engage says of the appointment, “UK Engage is a client-centric scrutineer. We put the needs and objectives of our clients at the heart of what we do. Stuart will be responsible for managing the client’s experience and ensuring solutions are in place that meet and exceed expectations.”
“Having worked in elections for 20 years, I am looking forward to collaborating with a new and diverse range of clients at UK Engage. Being involved in software development and creating effective democratic solutions for election clients gives me insight into how to help with some of the challenge’s membership organisations face today,” says Stuart.
Outside of the world of elections, Stuart is a keen runner and avid Leicester City supporter. He also enjoys travelling, exploring and experiencing different cultures either abroad or locally.
UK Engage offers a warm welcome to our latest recruit. Stuart will be connecting with clients remotely in the months to come but will meet clients face-to-face when it is safe to do so.
