Today the company discovered that The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy made the Order, cited as the Trade Union Ballots and Elections (Independent Scrutineer Qualifications) (Amendment) Order 2017, that UK Engage will appear on the approved list to supply trade unions, when the Order officially comes into force on 1st October 2017.
